Basic Training

Beyond Fitness Beginners is an introductory level class. This is an eight week training program that is for beginners or people who want to start at a slower pace. Our Beginners program is offered periodically through out the year. The first night of this group fitness class will start out with completing a fitness assessment of each participant. We will record the number of push ups and sit ups each person can do. We will also measure flexibility and heart rate by doing a few simple exercises.  By doing these beginning measurements it allows us and the participant to see how far they have come over the eight week program. At the conclusion of the eight weeks participants will be ready to join in our regular class.


Our next Beyond Fitness Beginners begins on Saturday, September 9 and will end on November 4, 2017.

Class times are:

Monday and Wednesday at 7:15am - 8:15am

Monday and Wednesday at 6:45pm - 7:45pm

Saturday 9:15am - 10:15am

Participants are strongly encouraged to attend 3 classes per week. 

Cost for this eight week program is $250. Save $50 if you sign-up before September 2, 2017.
