"My sister told me that she was going to start Basic Training. I had really been wanting to do something because my knees, back and shoulder hurt all the time. I always felt bad and was always tired. Also, I needed to lose weight..about 25 pounds. So along with watching what I ate, I began the eight week Basic Training program. When it was over I contiuned into the Bootcamp class. I have lost 7 and 1/2 inches in my waist and I have lost 17 pounds. I have so much energy now and I feel like a new person.
